Protect Your Eyes from Blue Light

Blue light is beneficial to humans in that it helps increase alertness during the day, as we are exposed to blue light both outside of the home, as well as through our highly utilized electronics that are so prevalent in today's day and age.  That being said, blue light can cause ill effects, both in terms of throwing off the body's circadian rhythm, as well as potentially causing harm to the eyes as well.
